OMG i'm so excited. alrighty; so here goes my pre trip reflections:
this trip will be a really big eye opener for me as i've never really studied overseas alone without family companionship. this trip would let me experience all that. especially now when competition to local universities are so strong, going overseas to study would soon be on my option list. furthermore, its cambridge we're talking about, like HELLO!!! cambridge is one of the top unis in the world! it's really a priviledge to be given this opportunity to attend the summer studying prog there. the subject i chose to study there is history, i hope i can gain some other great insights on the history stuff i learn in school (cos i've always read about "Cambridge history is of the opinion that....." so, THIS IS THE REAL THANG MAN!). maybe the "excursions" will do me some good too, especially when i'm more a hands on person.
